Towards the end of this year there will be a significant administrative edit of  this web site. 

The edit will be that inactive members will be deleted. Our web based membership numbers around 400 but many of these members are not active. Any member that has been active in 2008 and/or 2009 will remain untouched. All other inactive members will be deleted.

Inactive members take up memory and  memory costs money. Since membership to the website is free and the Club has a limited budget, it is this limited budget that drives the "clean up" that is planned.

Any comments would be appreciated.
